When you place an order, either through our website (www.ionxsolutions.co.uk) or by email, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing details of your order. Your receipt of our order confirmation email can be deemed to be our acceptance of your order.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. However, if we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment can be made by any method specified by Ionx Solutions LLP. The sender is responsible for all wire fees charged by their bank. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of, but not restricted to, interrupted internet transmissions or unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Delivery (i.e. access to your digital download and license file) will normally be made within 48 hours. However, Ionx Solutions LLP cannot be held responsible for any delays, and in no way is this statement a guarantee or warranty of delivery.
All payments must be made within 30 days of invoice date. If payment is not made within 30 days, an email requesting immediate payment will be sent, and legal action may be taken. In addition, you will not be permitted to make any further purchases from Ionx Solutions LLP until the full balance of all outstanding invoices is settled.
In order to download or install software products from Ionx Solutions LLP, you must agree to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA). This agreement is provided for you to examine before you are able to install any software.
You are responsible for ensuring that any software downloads ordered from Ionx Solutions LLP are suitable for your requirements and that you have all the necessary software and hardware required.
You may cancel you order before you receive your download link and licence file, and for up to seven days from dispatch of the download link and licence file as long as the software has not been installed. If you have downloaded and installed the software, you will not be entitled to cancel your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact Ionx Solutions LLP by email at [email protected]. Once your order has been cancelled we will send you a confirmation email.
You may request a full refund for any purchase for up to seven days from dispatch of the download link and licence file as long as the product has not been installed. If you have downloaded and installed the software, you will not be entitled to a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you would like to request a refund for your order you must contact Ionx Solutions LLP by email at [email protected]. You will receive your refund within 30 days of your refund request. Your refund will normally be issued by your initial payment method.
When you place an order we may display your company name, logo and website address on our website for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for this information to be shown, please contact Ionx Solutions LLP by email at [email protected] after placing your first order.
