Subscription to the Verisys FIM Maintenance and Support Program gives access to the following benefits:
Subscription is valid for one year, to be renewed on the anniversary of your first purchase. As an example, if you purchase Verisys FIM on 29-Dec-2024, your subscription will be due for renewal by 29-Dec-2025.
Annual subscription to the Verisys FIM Maintenance and Support Program may be purchased for 20% of the prevailing list price of Verisys, per agent or network device.
We accept payment by credit/debit card or wire transfer. You can choose to pay in Pounds Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), Singapore Dollars (SGD), Japanese Yen (JPY) or Euros (EUR). If you send a purchase order and choose to pay by wire transfer, we offer 30 day credit terms.
All licences purchased during the term of an existing subscription covered at no extra cost for the remainder of that term. Upon renewal, payment for your Maintenance and Support Subscription will be due on all purchased licences.
Partial subscriptions are not permitted.

Unless you have already renewed your subscription, we will send you reminders by email 90, 60 and 30 days before your subscription is due to expire. If you fail to renew your subscription before it expires, you will have to take out a new subscription, at 100% of the prevailing Verisys FIM list price, per agent or network device.
With your first purchase of Verisys FIM, you will be provided with a maintenance code that will allow you to access the benefits of the Maintenance and Support Program free for 1 year. You can use your maintenance code online here to download the latest software updates. You will also need to provide your maintenance code when requesting technical support here, and to renew your subscription here.
